TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENTS
I take payments only through Paypal, I will send you an invoice on Paypal and you can pay your suit that way. I will need a 40% deposit to get all the materials, so I can get started with the suit. Once I’ve sent you the invoice on Paypal, you’ll have 14 days to pay the deposit.
I accept payment plans and if you choose a plan, you can choose how much you pay and when after the deposit is paid, but remember, I will not send the suit until I’ve received full payment.
REFUNDS
Deposit is non-refundable, but payments after that can be refunded. You can still get a refund after I’ve started your fursuit, but once it’s finished, getting a refund is not possible.
SHIPPING POLICIES
International shipping is possible and shipping will be paid separately. I will calculate the shipping once the suit is done and you can pay it when the suit is ready to be shipped. I will send a separate invoice of this on Paypal as well. I will not be responsible if the package gets stuck in customs or if it gets damaged, but I’ll try my best that that won’t happen.
REPAIRS
I will do repairs on the suit if needed, but you’ll have to pay for the shipping. I can also instruct you if the suit needs repairs and it’s nothing major.
DESIGN CHANGES
Design changes are only possible before I get the materials, once I’ve ordered materials, you can’t change the design.
DEADLINES AND COMPLETION DATES
I can’t make suits that have deadlines, I have a full-time job and I can only work on the suit on my free-time. I will try to complete the suit in 6 months after I've received all materials.
DTD & MEASUREMENTS
I will need a duct tape dummy of your head for a slim fit. I will also need your hand measurements if you commission a mini partial. I will be assisting you with these.

You’ll have to be over 20 years old to work with me.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
If you commission me, your private info such as your address and name will not be stored or sold to 3rd parties in any way. Your info will only be used to complete and ship your fursuit.
AGREEMENT
By paying your first non-refundable deposit, you are agreeing to these terms.
